Order Processing

Most ZEKZEK products are made to order. Production time is separate from shipping transit time.

Production time: Production usually takes 10-15 business days before shipment, depending on order volume and artwork readiness.

Shipping confirmation: Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information.

Final rate at checkout: Shipping rates are calculated by destination, available shipping method, and order weight. For many lightweight standard orders, shipping usually starts around US$7. The final amount shown before payment at checkout will apply.
