Welcome to ZEKZEK. By visiting our website or placing an order, you agree to the terms below.

ZEKZEK sells custom-made merchandise. Product previews, artwork, cutlines, sizes, colors, and finishes should be checked carefully before payment. Production starts after payment confirmation.

You are responsible for making sure that uploaded artwork is accurate, usable, and that you have the rights or permission to use it. We may reject or refund an order if the submitted file cannot be produced or appears to violate another party's rights.

Prices, discounts, shipping rates, taxes, and delivery estimates may change and are shown at checkout before payment.

Custom orders can be cancelled within 12 hours after payment. After this window, orders are treated as in production and cannot be cancelled unless we agree otherwise.

Non-quality returns are not accepted for custom products. Quality issues should be reported within 14 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos.

We may update these terms from time to time. The latest version will be posted on this page.
