Materials

Base tab
The editor adds a hard rectangular standee tab so the character can slot into a physical base.

Before you upload
Standee artwork works best when the lower edge has room for a stable base tab.
Use a clear file
Upload PNG, JPG, or SVG artwork with enough resolution for the final display size.
Leave bottom clearance
Keep important artwork away from the bottom edge so the base tab does not cover key details.
Confirm the base
Add the base tab, drag the position if needed, then confirm the red cutline before checkout.

Production time
Production starts after payment confirmation and usually takes 10-15 days before shipment.
Cancellation window
You can request cancellation within 24 hours after payment. After that window, custom orders are treated as in production and cannot be cancelled.
Returns
Non-quality returns are not accepted for custom items. If your order arrives damaged, defective, incorrect, or with a production issue, contact us within 14 days of delivery.

Yes. After adding the base in the editor, drag the tab position before confirming the cutline.
Can I use different front and back art?
Yes. The standee editor supports double-sided same design and double-sided different design modes.
What if my file cannot be produced?
If the file cannot be produced, we may contact you for edits or issue a refund depending on the situation.
