Production time
Production starts after payment confirmation and usually takes 10-15 days before shipment.
Cancellation window
You can request cancellation within 24 hours after payment. After that window, custom orders are treated as in production and cannot be cancelled.
Returns
Non-quality returns are not accepted for custom items. If your order arrives damaged, defective, incorrect, or with a production issue, contact us within 14 days of delivery.

Can I order just one?
No. The first release is packed as 10 PCS. Additional pack sizes can be added later.
Is it double-sided?
No. The first sticker release is front-only: one uploaded image and one full-cut outline.
What if my file cannot be produced?
If the file cannot be produced, we may contact you for edits or issue a refund depending on the situation.
